New construction in Oakhurst draws inspiration from NC lighthouses, train depot, and more

Many of you are wondering about the round-fronted building being constructed at 1720 Oakhurst Commons Drive (next to the new Oakhurst on Monroe development). Well, we asked and got the answer… and are delighted by the building’s design inspiration.

State Employees’ Credit Union’s newest branch celebrates North Carolina’s communities, Regional Senior VP, Tyrone Tyler tells us.

The branch is scheduled to open in late spring or early summer of this year.
